Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, The Heavenly Creationz does not honor refunds of any kind. Once design is APPROVED all sales are final and there are absolutely NO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES. Once design is started all sales are final and there are absolutely NO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES. However, if there is an issue, we will try our hardest to rectify the situation. By completing your purchase on this site you are agreeing to this policy . Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding your order and its fulfillment.

Revisions

Each project  is allowed 2 revisions. After the second revision, a $10 revision fee will be applied for each additional revision. If a project is finalized and created and the client wishes to make revisions then the revision fee plus the cost of the new product must be paid.

Client Communication & Delays 

As a client, you are responsible to check email regularly while an order is pending. All communication pertaining to orders will be done strictly through email from info.heavenlycreationz@gmail.com or heavenly.creationz.2020@gmail.com. All proofs and updates will be sent via email. After a design as been sent the client has 48 hours to approve or make any chances they see fit. Delays by the client may result in a reinstatement fee of $50 after delay time exceeds turnaround time for the desired project.  If there is a delay on my end, contact will be made immediately and a projected completion date will be given.

Processing Time

 Please allow 7-10 days for order completion. Larger orders can take longer depending on amount. Processing Time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

 Ready Made items ship 48-72 hours after order is placed. 

After the viewing of your completed order, your product will then be prepared for shipping. Orders ship within 48 hours of final viewing. Orders completed over the weekend, will ship on Monday afternoon. Orders are shipped through USPS and a tracking number is emailed immediately. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to USPS, however we will take the necessary options to file a claim. 

Local Pick up

Local Pickup is available for Savannah and the surrounding areas at designated locations. Surrounding areas include Chatham, Pooler, and Port Wentworth. Any order needing to be picked up outside of the designated pick up area will result in a delivery fee of $5-$20 depending on location. 

Local Delivery

Delivery is available for Savannah and the surrounding areas at designated locations. Surrounding areas include Chatham, Garden City, Pooler, and Port Wentworth. A delivery fee of $5-$20 depending on location. If you are in an area such as Rincon and Hinesville, a meet up location can be set but a deliver fee of $20 will be added. 

Sublimation Shirt Disclaimer

Sublimation shirt are ink released garments. Sublimation printing is a dye process that is printed on polyester materials. The dye sublimation process creates imperfections or creases that are unique to each garment. Common Areas are the Arm Pits, Sleeves, Shoulders, and Down the sides of shirts in particular. There is no way of avoiding this issue, but we do try our hardest to avoid this but it does happen.

Sublimation printing goes by a few names’ online 3D Shirts & All over Shirts. 

Colors on the proof image may vary on the actual end product.  The design proof has been created according to the customers specifications.  Small variations from original design may occur.  It is the FULL Responsibility of the buyer to check spelling errors, logo placement, etc.  By completing payment, it is the buyer's confirmation that design has been approved.
